I've been at CTC for two semesters. Most of the professors seem fairly knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think it's their fault (entirely) that the material being covered is less than challenging. The student body is comprised of a lot of first-time college students and I get the feeling that about 25% of the people there don't really care about getting an education but want to have that piece of paper that will get them a better job. They're going to have a rough time when they see it's more about attitude in the real world.

Parking is pretty bad, they just added a new lot which has helped (I think people are too lazy and don't want to walk a 1/4 mile to class, good thing they aren't at a "real" school that's spread out over 30 miles).

Overall you get what you pay for. I don't recommend online classes, I've only taken one but it was a dreadful experience with little to no help from the instructor. The faculty in class have been much better, I get the feeling most of them would like to expand on their subjects but feel limited by their students' interests and comprehension. It's a little too much like high school where you're babied through it, instead of being handed a syllabus and expected to take care of yourself.

Can't beat it for the price though. If the credits weren't guaranteed to transfer elsewhere I wouldn't be here.
