Davenport is a great school for students that are looking for small class sizes and a more personalized education. The school provides hands on learning with real world issues that prepare you for the workforce.

The business school is the largest business school in the state of Michigan, and continues to provide innovative degrees to be on the forefront of economic trends. The administration has been asked by the President to be nimble and quick to bring these new degrees to students to match job market demands.

While the quality of students and student life has been very poor in the past, the construction of a new residential campus is quickly improving the students life. The university is attracting more traditional age college students that live the college life in the brand new apartment style dorms (with their own kitchen). The student life department, along with dedicated students, has started student clubs, recreation, and improved the student experience to match the traditional college experience.
