The MSOD program is rated as one of the top ranking graduate OD programs, next to Pepperdine. The delivery of the program uses outdated and idealistic approaches to addressing organization. Expect weekends with an unfriendly, hostile cohort listening to lip service on pseudo-liberal psycho babble on how to address issues in an organization, do a lot of reading and writing, in which you must regurgitate all the psycho babble you heard in the weekend, and not have any critical thinking of your own. As a graduate student you will be treated as a freshman. If your organization is footing the bill, then this is a great program to get your degree and advance your career.Otherwise,it is an expensive program for a course of study you can do on your own or better yet get an MBA for the same price and learn some real skills.
