this has been the worst experience of my life. I have two children, im a wife of 8 years, i work a full time job, and liberty has totally screwed me over. They are all about the money. The advising team has no idea what is going on and not to mention the fincial aid team. They really have no idea. Due to the mistakes of bothe advising and fincial aid my graduation date has been pushed back almost 1.5 years. All because of an overlook on the addmissions side. NObody at liberty was willing to work with me, seeings it was there mistake. All i can say is WOW, if you want a honest, friendly university DO NOT chose Liberty online.

I have no had any online courses yet with LU, but I would have to agree with the people in admissions. They do make it very difficult to understand what to do or what is going on, especially if you have a problem like the one you have described. I'm not sure that they are dishonest or unfriendly, I think that they just don't know what they're doing. LU is going through so many changes right now, they need people in admissions who are on top of all of the changes, instead of the other way around.

I also would not say that no one is willing to work with you, it's just that no one can because the damage is done. And just because this mistake has occurred does not mean that they are all about the money. You can say that for most other schools in the world, but even if that was true about Liberty, doesn't that just make them normal?
