Decided
to study at the library today, about an hour into
studying a group of students came in and were speaking
extremely loud. I attempted to ask the front desk for
assistance. A rude woman told me that she is not
a baby sitter and that if I wanted to study
quietly that I would have to approach the students myself.
After telling her I was uncomfortable doing so I was
met with condescending comments that were abrasive and unnecessary. Thankfully
I am transferring in December. Rutgers Camden is not an
academically serious institution, this is made obvious by the type
of student, staff, and faculty that I have encountered thus
far.
