The food here sucks, and it is ridiculously over priced. Their meal plan system is you pay $1500 for a card with $1500 on it that you can only use at their over priced dining areas. The internet connection is a joke. i went in here under the impression that i would have working wi-fi but little did i know if you live on the 3rd floor or higher you SOL. I had to buy Ethernet cables and I still lose connection daily. They are incredibly unorganized up here when it come to scheduling and billing. I keep having random bills pop up for stuff that was supposed to be taking care of at the beginning of the semester. As far as scheduling goes its hell trying to get a meeting with your advisor(something of which you have to do)and even when you do get one don't be surprised if they cancel it. Its also incredibly windy and cold up here making it miserable walking to class. If you leave out about a half hour earlier you can catch one of the buses but you get there in half the time walking. My last complaint is that I?m getting billed as long as everyone on my floor for a new stall in the restroom, because one person cant stop writing on the stalls and they can't figure out who it is. Apparently its are job to police the restroom. I'm definitely looking at other colleges for next year, I imagine i could find quite a few better then this place.

Agree on the food part. It is hard to believe that a large university like BGSU got such horrible dining service…

The food isn't that bad. It's just under 8 bucks for an all you can eat meal. The dorms are absolutely ridiculous though. It's over 500 a month which is more than most 1 bedroom apartments, you get a tiny room you have to share and a shared bathroom that people always trash, as well as a bunch of noisy drunks. What's more they force you to stay at the dorms so they can exploit you for your money, which should be illegal. You can do an appeal to get out of it, which I suggest you do ASAP if you plan to go here.
