| I
have been at Drew for a couple months now, and
I am really not liking it. Honestly, the only good
thing about it for me is that the campus is
pretty. Besides that, Drew is pretty much a waste of
money. Going to one of the most expensive colleges in
the country, you would expect to have rigorous classes and
stimulating work. Most of my complaints are personal, though. I
live extremely far away from the college, and most of
the students here live close and are able to go
home every weekend (resulting in dull parties). Class availability slants
toward theater and science classes, which is great if you're
considering either of those as your major (I'm not). The
food sucks. The students are nice but weird, and usually
the sports players are really arrogant (especially for a D3
school). Classes are small, and as a result participation is
highly emphasized, so make sure you speak up in class
a lot. In my opinion, it's not a bad school,
it's just not worth the money you put out for
it. I'm already planning to transfer to a school that's
closer to home next semester.
