Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
Morehouse is a very mixed bag1. The faculty is very friendly, and very knowledgeable in their respective fields.2.Students are generally nice and helpful due to the brotherhood. There is some arrogance among the older students towards freshmen though.3. Classes are somewhat challenging depending on what you take. The core classes are generally easy.4. Required classes are an absolute drag, some are not worth credits at all and some do not make sense, for example freshmen orientation is usually a waste of time, and I will never understand why we are required to take two sports classes to graduate. 5. Food is pretty good, a little repetitive after a while but apparently better than most insttutions.6. Dorms for freshmen at least are varyind degrees of crap. Complaints include roaches, variable temperature showers, hard floors, noise, and general uncleanliness.7. Social life is pretty good for the majority of students, something for everyone to do if you look hard enough.8. Administration is pretty bad, they really don't want to help you out sometimes, be prepared for evasiveness and a fight to get your paperwork done. 9. The campus is pretty, particularly in the fall. There is a small problem woth cleanliness.10. And finally as an Art major, I have found that support for departments varies vastly. Its great if you're a business or law major, but art and drama majors don't have classes on campus and virtualy no support.
