Clarkson University is terrible! __________________________________________________Updated 12/02/2010 04:20 PMClarkson Wellness Advisor pleads not guilty to DWI chargesBy: Rachael ParadisPOTSDAM, N.Y.—A Clarkson University faculty member in charge of helping students keep healthy in college has pleaded not guilty to DWI charges.Police say Daniel Davis, 58, a Wellness Outreach Coordinator for the university, was arrested twice in one day in early October. Police say the first incident happened on the Clarkson campus when Davis backed into a car. Police found him sleeping in his vehicle with a blood alcohol count three times the legal limit. He was arrested again later that morning in Tupper Lake. Potsdam Village Court suspended Davis' license on Wednesday. He also has a previous DWI charge from 2008.According to the school's website, part of Davis' job is to help students make healthy choices and increase their knowledge of self-responsibility.Davis is due in Potsdam Village Court in January. _________________________________________
