Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
The best part about UNLV was the price. Very cheap compared to other options. It is not a prestigious university. The education is mediocre. In the engineering department cheating was rampant and students slime ball their way through classes. For one example, I would say that 80% of students who passed thermodynamics cannot tell you what the 3 laws are. This embarrasses me and makes me ashamed of my department and university. Because students are so incompetent here I fear that this reputation will be a stain on my record that I can never escape. I urge you to consider this when selecting a college.
