I would say the exact opposite. It's awful if you're foreign or an under-qualified minority. Ask the Malaysians.

There should be some action to be taken by the government authorities regarding this bullying of students in schools. I have been to my cousins’ school called best assignment writing service middle school where I can see bullying of students is happening by bunch of other students. This type of things must be stopped and see that everything comes to normal.
