My experience at UCD in the late 80's were both positive and negative. First the positive. Because of my UCD degree, it provided me with my first real public accounting job. Unfortunately, I did not get my first choice, which was working for Big 8, (now called Big 4) but I was happy to find employment after the graduation. Remember, back in late 80's Denver's economy was in the pits.

Now for the negative. Because it was a commuter school, it lacked any school spirit. Sharing campus with Metro and CCD did not help either. I believe this school will have much better reputation and bigger alumni financial support if it can combine its academic with some traditional campus life, which it sorely lacks.
