Salem State College is now Salem State University (Salem, MA). I choose Salem because it has an impressive nursing program; it is known for its nursing program. Salem State University has a separate campus for nurses. The campus itself is huge! But don?t worry they have shuttle busses that will bring you around if you do not want to walk! The education is extremely competitive and respected. I have professors who work at Northeastern and they teach the same way and use the same syllabus. The only bad thing about Salem State is that it is a dry campus in four out of five dorm room buildings, but do not worry there is always a way to bring anything in! The price is right and there are very up to date buildings and lots of dorm buildings that are brand-new.
