Major: Sociology (This Major's Salary over time)
Deciding to attend Dickinson College was the best decision of my life. The campus is beautiful, the faculty are passionate, engaging, and helpful. I am still close friends with the wonderful people I met here, and most of us are doing very well for mid-twentysomethings. Yes, Carlisle is a small town and can be boring, but Dickinson has so many activities that you are never left without anything to do. Get involved in activities and you will be as busy as you want. Central PA is also not far from Philadelphia, Baltimore, NYC, DC, or Pittsburgh so you can take advantage of the proximity. Study abroad if you get the chance. I did a year in Germany and it was probably the second best decision of my life (after deciding on Dickinson as the first)! Dickinson has a strong reputation and it is on the rise, so this is a definite worthwhile investment.
