Moving here from not only an out-of-state but also out-of-new-england perspective. It is VERY hard to make friends with New Englanders. You will always be the outsider. I think that it is possible to love UMO if you are not from the area; but it takes a certien type of person. Prepare to very independent and to have to deal with a new type of personality. Overall, I think that New England girls are stuck-up and dramatic; and that guys are often hard to understand. You should def. prepare to be open minded to a new way of thinking.
