Earlham is full of friendly loving people who want you to learn and grow as a person. My horizons have been broadened in countless ways since coming here. Between the incredible diversity and dedicated faculty it is really a place where you can grow and change. That said, like any institution, it is what you make of it and seeking those opportunities is what makes it so great.
