The building is run down. Offices are small and dark; most have no windows. Committee members are difficult to actually get meaningful meetings with i.e. rather than actuallygetting critique on something you get a vague Except for the faculty involved with petroleum, there is no interest or support for students who do not go into academia. If you don't follow in their footsteps, they have no interest in helping you. There is a definite attitude that if you aren't going into academia, you are selling out.Don't go to TTU if you want a real job.
