For the individual who feels the need to insult, a brief rejoinder. I posted the positive comment. JU does not discriminate on the basis of perceived intellectual capability. JU accepts many applicants other schools deem incapable or high risk. Consequently, many who did not excel academically in high school matriculate and discover it's not for them. Thus, the low retention and graduation rates. But those who stick it out—at a price—learn over time it was well worth it. Quality of education was never sacrificed despite the liberal admissions philosophy at least when I was there. My JU diploma opened doors for me. I served as an officer in the Army JAG, a silk stcking law firm associate's job, a local prosecutor,an attorney general, an office manager and I am now a partner with a multistate law firm which has 7 offices in Florida alone. That's what JU did for me.
