If you get accepted to any other school, please, for your own safety, go there instead. CNU has a questionably legal judicial process that puts Nazi Germany to shame. Instead of being innocent until proven guilty, CNU makes you guilty until proven innocent. What they do is charge you with whatever they think you did, then you either have to admit to it, or you get an honor code violation. There is no appeal process. This alcohol violation that I am holding in my hand right now says at the very end ?the above findings cannot be appealed??. I got this violation for being at a party, at which I did not drink. But it doesn?t matter. The school thinks I did. So now I have this $100 fine, 20 hours of community service, and 15 pages to write. This schools pathetic excuse for a judicial system is a mockery to the Constitution of the United States and to all academic institutions across the world. Why a former Republican senator would choose to run his school in such a dictatorial fashion is lost to me.
