Positives: I loved Rollins. It's a beautiful campus. The cafeteria food is uncommonly good. They bring in great speakers almost every week. Clubs have pretty cool events, but unfortunately they are usually poorly attended. Rollins Outdoors Club goes on cool trips a few times a semester. Most people take varsity sports; crew and cross country are easy to get into if you didn't participate in a sport in highschool. Some people complain that they aren't any down to earth people and that all people care about is partying. It's true that it's a big party school, but there are many friendly, kind, funny, unsuperficial people (they can normally be found in varisity sports and clubs such as ecorollins). Greek campus events are usually fun and somewhat extravagant. Professors are very helpful for the most part and are very qualified for their positions. The study abroad program is very good and there are many options. I did a study abroad in Japan and it was awesome.

Negatives: Many people join greek life and become obsessed. There are many stupid, superficial people. Campus security will crack down on you for minor transgressions. If you don't have a car there's not much within walking distance. The gym is decent but not amazing. They isn't much school spirit. They are not very many large campus events. They don't have the amenities and campus activities of large public schools; no movie theater, bowling alley, large rec room, large student union, etc.
