Look, Drexel is not a bad school at all. Most of the people posting on this website list themselves as quite bright or brilliant, but I guarantee you that they're not really who they come off as being. Just because these kids were pampered at their 15k/year private high schools doesn't mean that everything is going to be handed to you at Drexel. Have you seen the size of the student body? If you feel that all everyone does is party and act snobby, then a.) the professors should be more than free to baby you. b.) stop being socially awkward…this is COLLEGE. Nobody is going to reach out to a random person if they're in a group…try reaching out to them. Of course tuition here is expensive, but that's what loans, grants, and scholarships are for. If your so bright, then you shouldn't have any problem paying off your loans down the road. Drexel is a great school…lots of activities, the people here are awesome, everyone loves to party at penn which is chill but it would def. help if you knew people before you came in here. My sister was in Phi-mu so in high school I met all of her friends who have been awesome to me since I've gotten here. I love Drexel so much; close to home, great friends, great city life, and education quality here is great. Don't listen to all these other idiots who expect everything to be handed to them because of their previous high school. We're grown-ups now, start acting like it. Also, for those who keep complaining about wanting your money back, etc., you should have been smart enough to look into everything before so you would have known what you were getting yourself into. Apply for financial aid…easiest money you'll ever receive in your life.
