If you are a presumptuous hipster with cigarettes falling out of your mouth at any moment of the day and a mommy and daddy who are willing to fund your Mary Jane and Blue Ribbon routine, you will love it here.

If you are a friendly, albeit terribly nerdy and probably ugly "nerd" who loves gaming, anime, and maybe even knit hats crafted into woodland creatures, you will also love it here.

Anyone else… jock, punk, goody, prep, party kid, none-of-the-above… AVOID Champlain. You will hate it here, as pretty much every person I met that wasn't a hipster or nerd did. The transfer process SUCKS. I managed to get out and am heading for Maryland, but a few weren't so lucky… Many are unable to transfer their credits and would lose a year of education by leaving CC, so they're staying. The office was incredibly unhelpful in this. Oh, and if you are caught within 30 feet of alcohol, they will find you like $50. Nice school.

Loved many of my professors, loved my friends, loved downtown Burlington, loved being close enough to Canada to hit the clubs, hated the school. Please don't go here if you are debating between this school and somewhere else. I regret ever coming to this school and I regret meeting so many people here (I honestly didn't think people like this existed outside of MTV and the movies…)

Umm im pretty sure school is for studying and doing work…not defining your social status in life and avoiding fines from drinking…thanks for the worthless comment though.
