Dominican is a pretty campus in a nice area, and at first glance it looks like it would be a great place to attend college (at least it was for me). It is, however, much more of a commuter school than a residential school—most people who do live on campus leave during the weekends and social life is almost nonexistant unless you can create your own group of friends (cliques are prevalent and VERY obvious at DU because of how small it is). Extracurriculars exist however most clubs are mostly inactive or completely defunct (I served as VP of computer club for 3 semester before we folded it because we couldn't get anyone excited to do anything). Academics are decent, although I personally am disappointed in the lack of research and opportunities going on in my field here. Although I wouldn't recommend Dominican for CS, overall it's a decent enough school IF you live off campus AND you don't mind the small size and somewhat dead social atmosphere.
