So
far, I've had an excellent time at IU, both in
classes and out. Bloomington is SO much more than a
“drinking town with a basketball problem,” as the t-shirts say,
there are so many awesome arts & recreation opportunities in
and around town. At the same time, B-town definitely doesn't
fall short in its passion for drinking and basketball!!
I'm
a SPEA major and love the material I study, but
sometimes it can be disheartening that other students see the
school as a fallback. Professors often proliferate this image by
giving in to student complaints but overall it has been
a great experience.
