OPSU is a great value for students in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles. For someone looking for a great social scene, this is probably not the school for you, but if you are seeking a quality education, and caring and dedicated faculty, I can think of few better places to go. For me, social life is not a primary concern, but for others, it might be. BY FAR the best 4 year value.
