As
both a St. Edwards and UT student, I have enjoyed
both the large and small schools. If St. Edwards
was not as expensive as it has become, I would
have been extremely hesitant to leave. St. Edwards is
a GREAT institution and is well renowned in the state
of Texas. You will have to work at both
St. Edwards and UT, especially if you are a science
major. The people who attend St. Edwards tend to be
the liberal hipster types. However, austin is full of
these types of people, so if they bother you... ST. Edwards is a really good school to go to
if you are thinking about transferring to UT! They are
on the same curriculum in a since, so you will
not be behind at all when in transition. Also,
St. Edwards has more hands on experience than UT.
The labs are harder at St. Edwards than at UT
because of the use of so many unknowns. This forces
students to learn, or fail. GO HILLTOPPERS
