Overall UNLV is a great school. The school is beginning to set new standards in academics and exclusivity. UNLV's William F. Harrah College of Hotel Management is ranked #1 or #2 in the nation (next to Cornell). This school (as well as its international campus in Singapore) has a high reputation GLOBALLY and is identified as one of the top 10 educators in the sector.The William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV maintained its position in the U.S. News & World Report's annual national rankings of the best law schools and specialty programs. It ranks as #71 out of 189 law schools nationally. said John Valery White, dean of the law school.In addition, UNLV's School of Nursing is highly ranked in Nevada compared to UNR and Touro. They have taken the gestapo stance on the admissions process in comparison to schools in California. They have a 99% pass rate on the NCLEX state board exam.
