UNCA is a good collage if you have a Liberal mindset. There are very few conservatives on campus. The Republican club on campus rarely meets and sponsors few events. A good portion of students smoke weed or consume alcohol. This is not a "party school". "Quiet Hours" are not enforced, unless it's exam week. Programs are well structured. Advisors will let you know what classes you will need to take. so you will not be confused when you sign up for classes. Professors are readily available during their office hours. If you have a rough week, some Professors are lenient with giving extensions. Some required classes(Humanities) are Liberal classes. Humanities examines the atrocities humans are inflicted upon one another. The scapegoats are people who practice religion. The campus is beautiful in late Spring to early Fall. Lots of outdoor activities.
