I am a visiting student to this university, and I first must comment on the inefficient main line of having to hold 20 mins each time before getting a response from an incompetent person answering, leading to subsequent holds and transfers and in the end with a question only half answered. The head of some departments are very narrow minded and give you a hard time by giving first inaccurate evidence, leading to arguments and fights with the board of education and deans of students. Very inefficient and unprofessional the way they handle situations. Secondly, if you are auditing a class, do not agree to pay full tuition and attend, until you have in writing that you are given the right to be a normal student ( that means take tests, do class work, etc) if you want to. They almost barred me from doing all this even though I paid full tuition. Teachers have Ph.D's but I am not sure of their competency. Messy admin and very unorganized system for finance, enrollment, registration, etc.
