When contesting a grade received from a unhelpful, selfabsorbed professor … the grade appeal officer actually decided this appeal on his own made-up scenarios that were not part of my appeal. Flabbergasted, I contacted the University provost and they did nothing, allowed the sham to continue and I ended up filing a complaint with the college's board and with other state offices, board of ed, etc., for example.
