Honestly Pace is pretty cheap to other manhattan schools and they really provide a lot of financial aid if you are worried about tuition costs. That's whats so great about pace you get a great city environment at a great price. Only bad thing about pace is the extracurricular activities. There is not much to do if you dorm but that hardly matters if you're a coummuter and know how to travel around NYC.
