Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
I attended MCAD part time via their PSEO program during my senior year in high school. The courses i took were challenging, but I feel my skills have grown immensely. The instructors were very helpful and would always find time to check in with every student and help them. My classmates were also very friendly and were there to help out with advice. During critiques the instructor and classmates are very helpful in giving constructive criticism and saying things they like and things that could be better on the piece. You're definitely not going to find your average group of college kids here but thats why I like it so much, because of the great diversity. MCAD is conveniently located next door to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts museum, and gives opportunities to grow artistically by allowing students to put art in its annual art sale, bringing visiting artists from all over the world to talk, holding work shops & open studios and much more. Over all this is a great school! I am so excited and proud to say that I'm attending MCAD fall of 2011. GO MCADIANS!! CLASS OF 2015!!
