Trocaire is a two year career college, that being said, one should not expect the student population to be academically strong. There are very few instructors who hold degrees above the Master's level. In addition, the nursing faculty is not in tune with what is going on today. Some of the nursing faculty do not use modern technology. Nursing faculty can be very unprofessional. There is very little room for greivances to be addressed. Nursing program directors generally do not want to address the issues. The LPN program is horribly run! Be aware that the school is not incredibly diverse, school population and mindset of students reflect WNY, very closeminded, limited interaction with people from various backgrounds/ethnicites etc…
