Valdosta State University is definitely for everyone. Those who thrive on day to day excitement may not like this this school. This school takes a toll on those who a prone to being home sick. Issues are usually with class registration attendance housing and parking. Greek Life is heavy on campus but if you?re anything like me …..it?s not like the movies. You have to actively seek out the fraternities. Freshmen might have difficult time adjusting but they should do well as long as they keep family values in mind. There is expected Racism but it is little to none. A lot of the schools consist of metro Atlanta so it?s easy to get make and get along with other people but there are conservatives and they usually add a twist to debates?? P.S Residence Halls greatly effect your freshmen experience
