To put it simply, Schreiner sucks. The only reason I went was because of the generous scholarship I was awarded. I believe that they give everyone money, because they want everyone to go here. Otherwise, no one would. The majority of the students are arrogant, over religious, know-it-alls. The school is run like a mixture of a church camp and high school (there's a reason why it's been nicknamed "Schreiner High"). Here, you have no social life. There's not much to do besides drink and have sex. During my freshman year I was the victim of relationship abuse, and was at a loss for who to turn to. Then, I finally ran to the counselor who pointed me in the right direction. Still, I felt like I wasn't being helped enough. I feel as if some of the professors are under-qualified (they may know the material, but their teaching skill aren't all that great). Schreiner is definitely not worth the cost of tuition.
