After having attended this university for the past three years, I can say that I have learned a lot that has helped me to grow professionally.  The work we do in class has a lot to do with the real world, and in this economy, you need all the relevance you can get.

The professors are very approachable and eager to help you out.  There are a couple bad apples when it comes to teaching, but overall you will love your professors.  The things you learn and the opportunities available to you to apply your studies in the real world are what I like about this college.

The other students do like to party, but are for the most part friendly and quite approachable.  One word of caution is that, just be smart when you are in New Orleans.  The campus is located in the safest part of New Orleans, in Uptown, but just remember that New Orleans at night in the downtown area and other neighborhoods are just not safe like suburbia.
