Congratulations to you! Your attitude is 50% of the degree that you are earning. You will not only have continued success and earn a degree at LU, but you will also have great success in the world after college. I may even hear about your achievements one day. A university does not earn accredidation with the ABA without having high standards. Maybe the Christian foundation contributed to this schools rapid success. |

Despite liberty university's many media encounters, I believe it is a great school. My classes arent that bad at all, yeah the bible classes are kind of annoying, but every now and then you get an interesting lecture. Especially if you take Elmer Towns for bible. Lots of the feedback from this site says that they shove God down your throat. I really feel like they dont, Yes they do incoporperate God into their curriculum, but it IS a christian school. The social life aspect of liberty is great, you just have to get out there and find people to hang out with. Just like any other college you cant sit around in your dorm all day and expect to be making friends. The students are just like any other college, your going to find some creepers, some overachievers, some partiers, people who are extremely opinionated, and some who just dont care. But truthfully if your just walking around on campus and stop and talk to a random person, the students are really nice, super caring, and want to help. There has never been an instance when Ive ran into someone who was rude to me for any reason. My advice to anyone wanting to go to liberty university: have an open mind, the way you spend your time at liberty will be good or bad depending on your attitude alone, so if you have a bad attitude yeah its gonna suck, but so would any other college. Vice versa with a good attitude. & also, Its SO much more fun if you chose to get out of the dorm and make some friends, join intermurals, or something. Get out and have fun, College isnt just an education, its also about getting life experience. Yeah your gonna make mistakes at LU or anywhere else. but those experiences are the ones that shape who you are, and who you become. I Love LU.
