Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
Most of the classes that are offered are very related to Art Education. I would have liked a little more direction in how to write curriculum, lesson plans and materials to use. I would also have liked to been able to obtain more fine arts classes. When you reach the graduate level, as a graduate you should have the option to take other undergraduate level classes to better the chances of obtaining a teaching job in the field. There isn't much you can do with drawing and painting, although those are par to the course of teaching art. Other opportunities to take some courses that I had run out of time to take during my undergraduate studies should be offered without penalizing student loan options. The facilities, aside from parking were pretty much accessible. Not too many people want to pay as much as we pay for a parking permit and end up walking extensively across campus. More on campus transportation should be offered and at later hours. Some of the courses that you end up taking are later at night and when you need to go back to your vehicle that is miles away its dark and scary and hey its Buffalo, snowy, cold and dreary. The workload at times was overbearing but that's the challenging part of the program. Right now the facilities are being updated and given a new look, which created some hazardous areas but they were blocked from student access.
