Major: Design Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc (This Major's Salary over time)
I attended SCAD and received an MFA in graphic design. My degree provided me with the means to change careers successfully. It seems there are a broad range of experiences described by students. Some of overtly critical ones seem ridiculous and are filled with misinformation. Some of the A+ A+ A+ A+ ones seem to ignore some relevant issues. The bottom line is that SCAD has a large student, faculty, and staff population. To that end there is a very mixed bag of talent and achievement. If you decide to go to SCAD, be proactive. Seek the best faculty, work hard, and do not whine like 4-year olds if the work is stressful. No one is here to hold your hand.
