Overall,
Olivet was a great experience for me. I had great
experience, and met lifelong friends. However, I cannot honestly say
that I felt properly prepared for the workplace. Olivet is
nothing like the real world. You come out of there
expecting everyone to be kind, pray all the time, and
to like you. This is not the case in real
life. Aside from this, I did not feel prepared academically.
My courses were easy and I was not challenged. I
recommend students actively seek out internships even if they are
not required for your major (like business). Also just stay
involved, network, and remember YOU are in control of making
your experience a good one. God bless and feel free
