This place was a joke. I got out of there as soon as possible to go for a doctorate at another institution where I am going to be mentored by competent professionals. This place is just a degree mill. Their MA program will NOT get you your LMHC, and their doctorate degree is not taken seriously in the field. You are seriously wasting your money and time here. If you want to practice psychoanalysis, either go somewhere else or just open up a private practice now (you don't need to have ANY degree or education to perform it since it's not a regulated practice). I was once highly interested in analysis, but if this is the education offered, it's a pseudo-science and a joke to me. The fact that some of these people might enter the mental health field is frightening to me!
