I want to start off by saying Ramapo College of NJ is a great institution to attend. Like my mother says "school is what you make it" and it seems that alot people have not made the school a great place to attend for themselves. That is there problem. THINK about it for second. RCNJ was founded by a bunch of young radical teachers and administrators with unconvential methods who saw a need for change in the College/University system in NJ. One should expect the students that attend are just as the founding principles of the college. This is a SMALL, PUBLIC LIBERAL ARTS COLLEGE. First research liberal arts colleges and you will see the exclusive, private, prestige that they have. Then think of Ramapo but just public and open-minded and less snooty. If you want the "typical" college experience then please do not attend. If you want a nuturing, family atmosphere where the staff and community cares about who you are a person and a student with a desired future then please come here. This is NOT a "party" school leave the B.S for some big-named university. Come here if you want to make long lasting friendship and recieve a quality education. Trust me its worth paying for.
