Great campus! maintained to perfection. However, to much drinking and parties. University Place dorms are 1/4 mile from campus and you are isolated and free to do what ever you what, drinking all day and night, pot, parties never stop. The university play dumb. I would never let a freshman student live at University place. To much freedom in a place where the beach is your neighbor. Great weather too. The administration is in La La land…
