The registrars office is a joke. Carol Cullum is condescending and rude. No help from her 'higher ups' either. They forget that NC taxpayers and we (students) at CFCC are paying their salaries. They are unapproachable, do not respond to phone calls, give no explanations for their "decisions" and give you a "take it or leave it" attitude. They could care less about helping students work on class schedules because they have a waiting list of people to take their classes. Don't believe their mission statement or anything on their website. They'll tell you not to pay attention to what the website says anyway and that it's inaccurate (if it contradicts what they want to do). Trust me, I know this first hand!! This place is a joke. Off campus, city, meter parking is not safe - especially in the dark. Take plenty of change and pray you don't get a ticket. If you're a female, hire someone to walk with you. Do everything you can to take your coursework somewhere else - like a REAL college!!
