Boston University is preoccupied in running the university as a business, and clearly is failing. Grade deflation prevents students from transferring out. CAS traps students in with no direction and complete disregard of their ambitions.That being said I recently transferred to SHA, the Hospitality school at BU. Around 100 students graduate every year from this school. Staff at SHA is extremely friendly, unlike any CAS. I feel that I go to a completely different university now and appreciate it.
