Where do I start… First of all…Strayer is the most money hungry school I've ever dealt with. They are quick to react and respond back to you when signing you up for classes, just so they can get your money. My story…I actually completed my courses Dec. of 2010, and have been going back and forth b/w the staff and Dean on when I will be receiving my diploma. It is now Sept. 2011, and I have yet to receive my paper and emailed the Dean once again. After my completion of my BBA in late December of 2010, I immediately went online to fill out my Graduation application and even paid $150 for processing…(and what does that include???). After more than 45k later, I'm still wondering where my diploma is. And on top of that, Salle Mae shows that Strayer reports me as withdrawn… WHATTTTT!!!!!!????!!! Also, I forgot to mention, when I first inquired about this issue (after 3 months of turning in my graduation application) they showed that I still needed to take 2 more classes, when I most definately had all my classes complete. Then they told me there was a glitch in the system and that they were going to open up a case to resolve it. After a few months later in May, the Dean says it's resolved and that it'll take a couple more weeks to confer my graduation (whatever that means). A month later, he says its been resolved and that was in June. Ok…still waiting. I think Strayer has more than enough complaints against them…how can we turn this into a lawsuit???
