being a student at GCU was not my first Online educational experience. I attended the UNiversity of Phoenix for three years and received my associates in paraproffesional education through them. It had its ups and downs but for the most part I can always say that Everyone assigned to me genuinely cared and did everything in their power to make sure I had a positive experiecnce. I can not say the same for GCU. No one in the entire school knows what they are talking about. I have attended there for a little over a year and I have been changed counselors at least 9 different times. Sometimes I wont even know i have a new one until i call in with a problem and my old counselors number is disconnected. They will lie to you just to tell you things you want to hear and get you off the phone without any real basis for what they are saying. No one cares about you or your educational goals and therfore unless you are on top of every single little thing at this school your educational expereince will be a negative one. Even once i figured out I needed to be on top of my team to get anything done I still couldnt accomplish anything cause I ws constantly given false information. BEWARE!!!! DONT LET THE FACT THAT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL FOOL YOU!!!! trust me!
