I'm an older student, not here for the social experience, just for the education. The IT dept is impressive for the cost and places students in local companies with ease. I'm not sure how well respected a Midwest school will be on either coast though.

I do live on campus. The dorms are nice and the food is decent, with a variety of choices at most meals. However, I have one major complaint. They shut off the air conditioning when it gets below 75f. So when you take a brick building that's been in the sun all day and is still as hot as an oven and stick two guys inside with two computers it gets above 90 in the room most evenings. It's unbearable. I really want to live on campus for financial reasons but this one issue is making it like we're living in a 3rd world country.
