I have to wonder if the negative posters on this site spent much more money for a traditional B&M school and are now just trying to bash this one. I started my undergraduate degree with CSU in 2003 and finished this past winter. The classes are what you put into them as you definitely need to be disciplined enough to read scholarly papers and texts, understand them, and then be tested on the material. Instructors are always available either via email or by phone with questions you may have regarding coursework but YOU are ultimately responsible for the teaching/learning experience. I found the coursework for some classes to be quite challenging and others, due to having been in the professional work sphere for quite some time, not so much. Having taken courses at a traditional B&M college as well, that situation occurs across the board. Some courses are just better than others and some things you will already know based on what you do for a living.

As far as comments about the school being "far-right" I cannot confirm nor deny as this is an online university. It isn't like going to a campus where there are many extra-curricular activities that point you in a far-right or far-left direction. I will comment that they have chosen in the past to hold the actual commencement ceremonies in churches (possibly due to space limitations?)and have invited religious personalities to speak at commencement. They do not "push" religion during any courses or discussion boards and after picking away at classes off and on for nearly 8 years I was actually surprised to learn they invite such speakers as the key note for commencement. If that's a big deal for you, then re-evaluate your choice.

My employer was convinced enough in the quality of education CSU offers that tuition was reimbursed at nearly 100%.

All in all I feel this school provides a good solution to those who due to career and family constraints cannot attend a traditional B&M university.
