Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
This is the WORST school to choose if you want to deal with any kind of competent staff. I had a very heated argument with my roommate around midnight one night, and the RA on duty was not in her room, so I left to my sister's house (30 minute drive with no streetlights, surrounded my woods, ect.). We got in contact with the resident supervisors once I got to my sister's and I was blamed for to find the RA, who was playing pool. After meeting with the residence life, my frustrated brother in law went to the school. Angry of course, since I was threatened by my roommate and absolutely nothing was done. Instead of the university making efforts to move rooms, they continued to blame me. He pounded on a desk demonstrating I banged on the door. The school attempted to press charges on him. UMFK did absolutely all they could do to avoid blame or responsibility instead of solving the problem. Everything they did was condescending. After many meetings with several different people, I got another and upgraded room. Even with that done, the situation was handle completely wrong.
